deporticket.com is a technology platform operated by DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL (the “Platform”) to manage registrations/payments on behalf of Organizers. The Platform does not organize events nor set their rules. Each Organizer is solely responsible for the event, its rules, participant admission, changes, postponement or cancellation.
For data protection purposes, in registration forms the Organizer acts as the Controller and DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL acts as the Processor, as described in the Privacy Policy.
When requesting a registration, the User declares they have read and accept the Event Rules, its requirements (age, category, fitness, equipment, etc.), and that the data provided are accurate. The Platform may cancel registrations containing false data or fraudulent use without refund of handling fees, without prejudice to other actions.
If the User registers a third party, they declare they have that person’s express authorization (or that of their legal representative) and assume full responsibility for the accuracy of the data and statements made on their behalf, holding DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL and the Organizer harmless from claims arising from such action.
Unless otherwise stated in the Rules, the User declares to be 14 or older or to have parental/guardian authorization. The Organizer may set higher minimum ages or require additional documents.
Payment is made by card (with strong customer authentication where applicable) via a secure gateway (POS). If enabled by the Organizer, bank transfer may be authorized. For anti-fraud/AML reasons, any authorized refunds will be made by the same method used in the original payment.
After payment, a confirmation email will be sent. If not received, check spam or contact inscripciones@deporticket.com.
The Platform and/or the payment provider may apply additional checks (e.g., SCA/3-D Secure, manual validations), reject suspicious transactions or block accounts in case of suspected fraud, abuse or repeated chargebacks.
Before finalizing, the User may review and correct data. Registration is confirmed when the confirmation screen appears and the receipt/email is issued. By confirming payment, the User accepts these Terms and Conditions in full, the Event Rules and, where applicable, the terms of any Options/Extras.
Prices are set by the Organizer and include taxes unless otherwise indicated. The Platform may apply handling fees for the technology service. Such fees are non-refundable (see clause 15.3). You may request an invoice at inscripciones@deporticket.com.
Amounts are shown in the currency indicated in the event form and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. In case of an obvious error (e.g., a clear technical pricing mistake), the order may be voided with a refund, informing the User.
The Ticket is personal and non-transferable. Bib/badge collection may require an ID. Any change of holder, category or corral depends on the Event Rules and Organizer approval, and may incur costs/deadlines. The Platform will only process changes if enabled by the Organizer.
Assignment or resale of registrations is prohibited unless expressly allowed by the Organizer and processed through mechanisms enabled on the Platform or by the Organizer.
Some Options/Extras may be offered by third parties (e.g., insurance, photos, merchandising) and will be governed by their own terms and privacy policy. DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL acts as a technology provider on behalf of the Organizer/third party, without responsibility for performance. Review specific terms before confirming.
To manage your registration, the Organizer and, where applicable, the Platform (on their behalf) may send operational notices (schedules, incidents, bibs, results). Legal basis: contract performance/legitimate interest. See the Privacy Policy.
15.1. Event cancelled or postponed. In case of cancellation, postponement or material changes, the Organizer will set the options (full/partial refund, date change, vouchers, etc.) according to its rules. The Platform will act as a technical channel if indicated by the Organizer.
15.2. Consumer withdrawal. Registrations for events with a specific date/period are exempt from withdrawal (Spanish TRLGDCU art. 103.m). The Platform’s handling service is performed immediately upon processing the registration; therefore, no withdrawal applies once confirmed.
15.3. Handling fees. Platform handling fees are non-refundable, regardless of the event’s refund policy, except in case of a Platform charging error.
Refunds, when applicable under the rules or Organizer decision, will be made to the same payment method and holder. If the User initiates a chargeback without legitimate cause, the registration may be voided and the User may be liable for costs associated with chargeback handling.
The Platform is not liable for: (i) the holding, safety or quality of the event; (ii) admission decisions, timing, rankings or awards; (iii) changes, delays or cancellations decided by the Organizer or due to force majeure; (iv) damage or injuries during participation. Event liability lies with the Organizer.
Without prejudice to the above, the Platform takes reasonable measures to ensure service continuity, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. In case of technical incidents, a prompt resolution will be sought.
Fraudulent use, unauthorized access, unauthorized resale/transfer of bibs/registrations, bots, scraping or unauthorized automation are prohibited. The Platform may block suspicious accounts or operations.
DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL uses reasonable efforts to maintain service availability, which may be interrupted for maintenance, improvements, network incidents or force majeure. Access may be affected by factors beyond DPTK Innovación y Tecnología SL’s control (providers, Internet, third parties).
Proper operation may require an up-to-date browser, technical cookies and, where applicable, scripts. For more information see the Cookies Policy.
Site contents (texts, images, trademarks, code, etc.) are protected; see the Legal Notice. Event materials (rules, images, rankings) belong to the Organizer or its licensors.
Data processing for registrations is governed by the Privacy Policy. Each form identifies the Organizer (controller) and the channels to exercise rights.
Technical support for registration (access, payment, confirmation): inscripciones@deporticket.com. Event matters (rules, refunds for cancellation, changes): contact the Organizer indicated in the form. As a consumer, you may use the ODR platform.
The User acknowledges evidential value to the Platform’s electronic records (orders, payments, access, confirmations), as well as to exchanged electronic communications, which may be produced in case of dispute.
Spanish law applies and, where relevant, EU law. If the User acts as a consumer, the courts of the consumer’s domicile will have jurisdiction. Otherwise (business/professional User), the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, waiving any other jurisdiction.
In the event of discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail. Translations are provided for information only.
The current version is the one published on the Site at any time. Submitting and confirming a registration implies full acceptance of these terms.
